For Everyone Else: Site Information

Ok, I'll try to make this short and simple.

This site has limited access, meaning there are alot of parts to this website a normal person cannot post to. Moderators and Administrators are the only ones who are allowed to post in the following areas:
Rules and Guidlines
History of East Anjun
Places of East Anjun
Specialty Groups of Anjun
Creators
News and Information

The following threads are what everyone (excluding guests) are allowed to reply and start a new thread on:
Quests
Members of Society
Questions and Comments

I know the selection is limited but I have a good reason for it. The list of threads you cannot post in are information related stuff that only Admins should be posting about. We do not need somebody who thinks they know everything posting about.

I'm sure as time goes on the site will adapt and grow.

In all portions of the site if a poll is ever started you are allowed to vote, but selection is still limited as to messages.
